Suspicious payment behaviour: If we discover suspicious or fraudulent payment activity on your account, we may limit or suspend your account’s spending power.

Overdue balances: If you have one or more overdue balances on your account, it may be temporarily suspended.

Account suspension due to disputed Google Ads charge 

Any violation of a Google Ads policy regarding billing and payment-related charges can result in your account being suspended. If an advertiser violates a Google Ads advertising policy, Google Ads will send a notice outlining the policy infringement and any remedial action that might be taken to comply. 

At that point, the advertiser will have the option to clear the disputed payment following the policy and if they do not believe they have broken the policy, to explain why they do not believe they have by the way of appeal. 

 This notice will be given at least 7 days before the suspension is implemented.

Fixing account suspension due to disputed charge

To fix your suspended account due to suspicious activity, here is what you can do:

In case of suspension due to one or more unpaid balance

Sign in to your Google Ads account > Then Click the tools icon > Under “Billing” choose Summary > Click Make a payment.
