How long do I get paid for each referral?+
For as long as the client stays active with us. Our average client lifespan is 14 months, and some clients stay 3 to 4 years. You earn every month they remain a paying client.
What if I refer someone and they take 3 months to sign?+
We use a 90-day cookie window. If they sign within 90 days of clicking your referral link, the commission is credited to you.
Can I refer myself or my own company?+
Self-referrals are not allowed. However, if you're a current or past client, you can earn 15% recurring on any valid external referrals you send.
What is the minimum payout?+
The minimum payout is $50. If your earnings fall below that in a given month, they roll over automatically to the next one.
I'm not in the United States. Can I still join?+
Yes. We accept partners worldwide and pay via PayPal internationally, or wire transfer where available.
Do I have to join sales calls?+
No. You only need to make the introduction our team handles the entire sales process. You're welcome to join calls if you want, especially on larger deals, but it's never required.
What counts as a qualified referral?+
A lead who books a consultation and isn't already in our system. If they came through your referral link, they're credited to you.
How do I track my referrals and earnings?+
You get a real-time dashboard showing clicks, leads, booked calls, and signed clients. We also send monthly payout statements.
Can I run paid ads to promote the program?+
You can run paid ads using your own branding and content. Bidding on "DiscoverMyBusiness" or any trademarked terms is allowed. Organic promotion, newsletters, podcasts, and social media are fully permitted.
What happens if my referral cancels after a month or two?+
You keep everything you earned. There are no clawbacks after the first 30 days of a client's subscription.
