Florida's audience changes with the season. Most campaigns don't.

Miami searches in Spanish. Palm Beach money comes with FINRA review attached. Tampa and Orlando fill and empty with the calendar. Florida punishes the campaign that ran fine in Ohio - so we build per metro, in the language the market actually uses, with budget paced to the season rather than the spreadsheet.

Florida — The Florida Problem
The Florida problem

The same twelve-month plan that works in Ohio loses money here.

Most states have a stable population searching in one language with demand spread evenly across the year. Florida has none of those things. The people typing your keywords in January are frequently not the people typing them in July, and in Miami they may not be typing in English at all.

Four things break the standard playbook here.

  • The audience turns over seasonally

Snowbird season reshapes South Florida from roughly November to April. Orlando and Tampa run on tourism calendars. A flat monthly budget with year-round messaging overspends the empty weeks and underspends the ones that pay for the year.

  • Miami searches in Spanish

An English-only keyword set misses a large share of Miami-Dade intent. And the Spanish that converts here is Cuban, Venezuelan, and Colombian translated-from-English copy reads as foreign to the people you're trying to reach.

  • Visuals are the product

In hospitality, aesthetics, marine, and real estate, the image is the pitch. Stock photography is instantly recognisable and instantly disqualifying to a Florida buyer who has seen the real thing.

  • Palm Beach money is regulated money

Wealth management, lending, and insurance carry SEC, FINRA, and FTC obligations. Creative that skips compliance review gets pulled usually after it has already spent, and occasionally after it has already created a problem.

What we run

Nine channels. One accountable number.

We don't sell channels à la carte and hope they add up. Every engagement starts from the KPI you need to hit, then we staff only the channels that move it.

Bilingual paid search

Separate Spanish and English campaigns with copy written for the market, not translated into it. In Miami-Dade this is the difference between reaching the audience and reaching part of it.

PPC management

Local SEO & map pack

Neighborhood-level keyword sets and Google Business Profile management. Brickell, Las Olas, and Winter Park are separate markets, not modifiers on a city name.

Local SEO

Photography & video

Original creative shot on location. In hospitality, aesthetics, marine, and real estate, stock imagery reads as a warning sign to the buyer you're courting.

Media production

Social & paid social

Meta and Instagram carry disproportionate weight in Florida consumer categories. Creative tested against real cost-per-lead, in both languages where it matters.

Social marketing

eCommerce & cross-border

Shopping feeds and paid acquisition for Florida retailers selling into Latin America — including the language, currency, and shipping signals that decide whether the cart converts.

eCommerce marketing

Search engine optimization

Technical fixes, topical authority, and content built for high-intent Florida searches the compounding channel that keeps working through the slow season.

SEO services

Web design & development

Fast, mobile-first, and bilingual where the market needs it including hreflang done properly so your Spanish pages rank instead of competing with your English ones.

Web design

Reputation & reviews

Review generation and response in both languages. In hospitality and aesthetics, the star average is the first thing a Florida buyer checks and the last thing they forgive.

Reputation management

Outsourced CMO

Senior marketing leadership without the salary line. Strategy, seasonal budget pacing, and vendor oversight on a retainer.

How it works

From first call to first report.

Four steps, in this order, every time. You'll know where you are and what happens next.

Step one

Audit

We review your site, ad accounts, and the competitors outranking you in your metro in both languages where that applies. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

Day 1
Step two

Agree the KPI

One number in writing, along with the timeline to hit it and for seasonal businesses, which months that timeline actually runs through.

Day 1 - 2
Step three

Build & launch

Tracking goes in first, then campaigns, creative, and pages. Compliance review runs in parallel for regulated categories. Your accounts stay in your name.

Day 2 - 4
Step four

Report & adjust

Monthly reporting against the agreed KPI, budget re-paced as the season turns, and a quarterly review with your senior strategist.

Questions

Before you call.

Do you have a Florida office?

No - our office is in Midtown Manhattan and we work with Florida clients remotely. We say that plainly because the alternative is a virtual address that means nothing. Florida is on Eastern Time, the same as us, so there's no lag at all: your 9am is our 9am, and approvals happen the same hour you ask for them.

Do you actually run Spanish-language campaigns?

Yes - as separate campaigns with their own keyword sets and their own copy, not as a translated duplicate of the English ones. That distinction matters. Machine-translated ad copy is recognisable to a native speaker in about two seconds, and in Miami it reads as a company that doesn't know the market. Ask us on the call and we'll show you the difference in an account.

How do you handle snowbird and tourist seasonality?

With budget pacing and a seasonal creative calendar rather than a flat monthly spend. South Florida demand concentrates from roughly November to April; Orlando and Tampa follow tourism cycles instead. We plan the calendar with you before launch, hold reserve for the weeks that pay for the year, and pull back rather than burn budget in the trough.

How much does this cost?

Engagements start at $5,000 per month, which covers both your media budget and our fees. We quote it as one number because splitting them invites the wrong conversation — what matters is the total you invest and the return it produces. We'll show you the split we recommend, and why, before you commit anything.

Can you handle SEC and FINRA compliance for a Palm Beach firm?

Compliance review is built into our process for regulated categories, creative and landing pages go to your compliance officer or outside counsel before launch, not after. We know what usually gets flagged: performance claims, testimonials, and anything implying a guaranteed outcome. We're not your compliance counsel, and we work alongside whoever is.

Do you target the whole state or one metro?

One metro to start, almost always. Miami and Tampa are 280 miles apart and behave nothing alike statewide targeting spreads a budget thin enough that no market gets the frequency it needs, and it hides which metro is actually working. We prove the model in one, then expand with the winning structure already built.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Onboarding has a defined scope and duration because the setup work is front-loaded. After that, engagements run month-to-month with standard notice.

Do I own my ad accounts and data?

Yes. Your Google Ads, Meta, analytics, and Google Business Profile stay in your name with you as owner. If the relationship ends, nothing has to be rebuilt and nothing walks out the door.

Tell us the number you need to hit.

We'll tell you whether we can hit it in your metro, what it will take, and what it will cost - on the first call, not after three rounds of discovery.
