New York City

The hardest market in America to buy attention in. We work here on purpose.

NYC clicks cost more, competitors bid harder, and five boroughs behave like five separate local markets. We build marketing campaigns for that reality and we put the number we're accountable for in writing before we start.

The NYC problem

Playbooks that work in Tampa lose money here.

Most agencies run the same national template in every city and hope volume covers the difference. In New York that math breaks, because four things are true here that aren't true anywhere else.

  • Auction pressure is relentless

You are bidding against national brands, VC-funded challengers, and every other firm on your block for the same keyword. Broad campaigns burn budget before they find intent.

  • Five boroughs, five markets

A ranking in Midtown does nothing for a customer searching from Astoria. Local pack visibility is won neighborhood by neighborhood, not city-wide.

  • Regulated categories dominate

Legal, medical, and financial advertisers face bar rules, HIPAA, and FINRA review. Creative that ignores compliance gets pulled usually after it's already spent.

  • Every lead is contested

NYC buyers shop three to five providers before they call. Winning means being credible at every touchpoint, not just being first in the results.

How it works

From first call to first report.

Four steps, in this order, every time. You'll know exactly where you are in the process and what happens next.

Step one

Audit

We review your site, ad accounts, and the competitors currently outranking you in your borough. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

Day 1
Step two

Agree the KPI

We put one number in writing the metric the engagement is judged on along with the timeline to hit it. Nothing starts before you sign off.

Day 1–2
Step three

Build & launch

Tracking goes in first, then campaigns and pages. Your accounts stay in your name, so the data is yours from day one.

Day 2–5
Step four

Report & adjust

Monthly reporting against the agreed KPI, plus a quarterly review with your senior strategist. Miss the number and we work until it's met.

Questions

Before you call.

Do you have an office in New York City?

Yes. Our office is in Midtown Manhattan at 261 Madison Avenue, Suite 958, New York, NY 10016, between East 38th and 39th, a few minutes from Grand Central. You can look us up on Google and read what our clients have said there before you ever call us. We serve businesses across all five boroughs, and we're happy to meet in person or over video, whichever suits you.

What does the performance guarantee actually cover?

Every engagement starts with a written KPI agreement - one metric, one timeline, agreed before any work begins. If we don't hit it, we keep working at no additional cost until the metric is met. The specific KPI depends on your business; for a law firm it's usually signed cases, for ecommerce it's usually contribution margin.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Most engagements move to month-to-month terms after the onboarding period. Onboarding has a defined scope and duration because the setup work is front-loaded after that, you can leave with standard notice.

Who actually works on my account?

A senior strategist leads every engagement. You'll know their name before you sign. Junior staff support execution but do not own your strategy, and CMO-tier engagements include direct involvement from our founder at every quarterly review.

How much does digital marketing cost in NYC?

Engagements start at $5,000 per month, which covers both your media budget and our fees. How that splits between paid media and strategy depends on your goal, and we show you the recommended allocation before you commit.

How long before I see results?

Paid channels produce data in the first two weeks and meaningful optimization by week four. SEO in a market this competitive is a six-to-twelve month program, not a quarter. We'll tell you which of the two your goal actually requires before you commit budget.

Do I own my ad accounts and data?

Yes. Your Google Ads, Meta, analytics, and Google Business Profile stay in your name with you as owner. If the relationship ends, nothing has to be rebuilt and nothing walks out the door.

Next step

Tell us the number you need to hit.

We'll tell you whether we can hit it, what it will take, and what it will cost on the first call, not after three rounds of discovery.
