2. Put effort on review platforms
As a home-care company, many of your potential clients will be referring to the reviews that your business has online as a reference. From there, they build a sense of how trustworthy you are as a business and how capable you can be of satisfying their needs. As such, you should put some effort into getting as many of your clients to review your business. The more reviews you get, the greater your chances are of attracting customers to come to you for your services.
On that note, you will receive both positive and negative reviews—but you can still use both to your advantage. For instance, with positive reviews, you can leave a thank you and show how much you appreciate them. For the negative ones, on the other hand, you can quickly apologize to the reviewer and let them know that their concerns are put into consideration to improve your services.
