How to unsuspend your Google Merchant Center account?

Your account gets periodically reviewed by Google, and you get intimated through the notification if Google finds any violating content or activity in your account. Such notifications are given with a warning period for you to fix those violations.

Your products will not be available in the shopping ads until you fix those issues in your account. So once you have altered the violating content in your product line or account, you can visit your account’s Home and Diagnostics page to check its status. 

However, if you still get your account suspended, you must follow these steps to get your account unsuspended:

Step 1: Google Merchant Center sends you the notifications when it finds the policy-violating error in your account. Once your account gets suspended, visit all these notifications, and review data feed errors in it. Fix all those errors in your account, and ensure that feed is now in compliance with the policy.

Step 2: When you have corrected the data feed errors in your account, reload your fresh feed to your Google Merchant Center account. For the speedy review of your updated feed, contact the helpline number of Google Merchant Center or its user response team. 

However, this does not guarantee you the quick processing of this process if you have a history of violating the ad policy of Google Merchant Center.

Step 3: Submit your account for the review process using the “Request review” button on your screen. The review would apply to all account-level issues which are not in harmony with ad policy.

The period of this review would depend upon the number of violations that exist in your account, therefore ensure you have resolved every issue in your account to get your account back within few days.

Usually, Google takes seven days to review your account considering the complexities involved in the process, and you would be able to run your business promotion online again!!
