  3. Click the Plus sign > Create new account
  4. Choose your account type > Nation > Time Zone > Currency
  5. If you want to give another person access to this Google Ads account, click Invite users to this account, or create the account without anyone.
  6. Enter the email address of the user you want to invite and the level of access you want to give them: “Administrative access,” “Standard access,” or “Read-only access.” 
  7. Click Create Account.

Fixing your account suspension is the only long-term solution to opening a new Google Ads Account after suspension. If you make a new account without resolving the suspension it will eventually be tracked down and suspended, and all your advertisements and activities will be stopped.
